Oklahoma Aerospace Summit used to be the place where aerospace enthusiasts could come and see the newest developments in the area. The summit took place during three days, from the 23rd to the 25th of June and the expo was located on Cox Business Services Convention Center on Myriad Gardens, no. 1 in Oklahoma City.
The expo featured different types of sponsorships including meal sponsorships worth at least $3,000 but which could get up to $8,000 in the case of meal sponsorships for two days. The event took place at the same time with the Aerospace Education and Training Day which also included sponsorships worth $12,000 and which was in total combined with the ones for the Aerospace Summit.
On the first day of the expo there was the ASE and IFIS Reception followed by the Aerospace Education and Training reception the next day. The Reception on the 23rd was priced at $7,500 and the one on the 24th at $5,000. Sponsors could however choose a two night sponsorship for $10,000. The price ranges for program advertising raised from $400 for a ΒΌ page to $1,250 for a full page and up to $2,000 for a back cover.
The boots that were available for the exhibitors were 10 square meters and could be booked before the 1st of April for a better price, $1,750 instead of $2,000 for all the three days. The cost decreased obviously for those renting a boot just for one or two days of the summit. The boots were equipped with everything an exhibitor would need and they were carpeted.
The registration rates varied according to the moment of registration and could be as low as $150 for a day if booked before the 1st of April or as much as $275 if bought on-site. These tariffs were for one day only. The tickets for the expo only were much cheaper, of $50.
